With an eye to the future, 2024 saw GeoDefinition take on an Apprentice Survey Technician.
Harvey has made a good start and has been especially keen to get stuck in with the work on
site. He has much to learn but we all started out that way and he is rapidly gaining
experience in the challenges of collecting good quality data.
2024 saw our Senior Surveyor, Neill, become a member of the Institute of Munition
Clearance and Search Engineers. With a military background in explosive ordnance
disposal and his current capabilities in the use of near-surface geophysics, Neill provides
GeoDefinition with some interesting capabilities.
We are very pleased to have entered into a collaboration with Helston Forensics, a firm
highly respected for their expertise in ballistics. This collaboration is initially focussed on the
delivery of training to appropriate personnel on the topic of improvised explosive devices.
